* Ingredients :
° Fresh asparagus, preferably thin to make it softer, thicker, more fibrous
° Ground Parmesan Cheese
° Peanut powder
° Shredded mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
° Lemon peel and juice
° Margarine or melted butter
° Salt
* Instructions :
Peanut powder is made by placing the peanuts in a blender and grinding them until you get a slightly fine powder.
Keep it in a bowl with a lid, it will be useful for this recipe and for adding to salads; it is delicious.
First, you will be heating the salted water for the asparagus.
Cut the thicker portion of the asparagus from the bottom, not the edges.
Once the water boils, put asparagus in it and cook for 8 minutes, this is for tender asparagus; If it is thicker, leave it on for about 12 minutes.
Drain it & arrange it on a plate.
Do not chill them with water as you will be removing the salt flavor.
Mix parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and a pinch of brittle peanut powder.
