Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup of fresh dill, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon of white granulated sugar
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar and sugar.
In a large salad bowl, place the cucumbers, tomatoes, and dill. Pour the vinegar and sugar mixture over the vegetables, toss, and let sit for 15 minutes prior to serving.
